(i) Solid sodium chloride and conc. sulphuric acid.

(ii) Dry litmus - no change

Wet blue litmus - changes to red

(iii) HCl +H₂O→H₃O⁺ +Cl^-

H₃O⁺ - (Hydronium ion)

Cl^- -(Chloride Ion)
