  1. Stand in erect position.
  2. Do not allow to drop the shoulder.
  3. Do exercise with rotating the shoulders in backward direction and downward motion.
  4. Do more exercise with shoulder and strengthen shoulder muscles girdle.
  5. Be conscious while you sit.
  6. Exercise for lengthening the chest muscles.
