Acceleration due to gravity at depth d,
gd = g (1 – \(\frac{d}{R}\))
= g(1 – \(\frac{1}{2}\)) …(∵ d = \(\frac{1}{2}\))
∴ gd = \(\frac{g}{2}\)
Weight of the body at depth d = R/2,
Wd = mgd = m × g/2 = \(\frac{1}{2}\) × 200
∴ Wd = 100 N
Correct Answer - `5.4 xx 106(27) cd, 6.78 xx 10^(28)lm`
Correct Answer - 4.5 m/s
1. centre of gravity of a body is the point around which the resultant torque due to force of gravity on the body is zero. 2. The centre of mass coincides...
Correct option is: (C) M Mass of the body does not depend upon the acceleration. It remains same all places.
Correct option is: (D) \(\frac{3g}{4\pi RG}\)
Correct option is: (A) 0.6
The correct option is (A) 20 kg. Lets weight of Duck = D and weight of duckling = d. 3D + 2d = 32 4D + 3d = 44 multiply first by 3, second by 2 9D...
D) \(\cfrac{2\,W}9\)
D) density of iron is more than the density of wood
