According to the question,

Shivam’s share : Mohan’s share : Kiran’s share

⇒ (10000 × 12) : (15000 × 4) : (5000 × 8)

⇒ 120 : 60 : 40

⇒ 6 : 3 : 2

Let the share of Shivam, Mohan and Kiran be 6x, 3x and 2x respectively

Now,

Given that,

6x + 3x + 2x = 22000

⇒ 11x = 22000

⇒ x = 2000

∴ Kiran’s share = 2x = Rs. 4000
